  • Water Well Testing

Water Well Testing is always recommended if you suspect water contamination, annual water testing is recommended by most health departments as a precaution even if you do not suspect contamination.  The problem with testing is that rainfall, snowmelt, soil saturation, age of well, depth of well and water table depth can all effect test results.  What this means is that the results that you get could vary throughout the year depending on various factors.  To get a really accurate picture of your drinking water quality you would need to test often.  Water Wells less than 75 feet in depth are considered at increased risk of contamination.
